Eagle Parking Meet and Greet Reviews

Eagle Parking did not have my booking in their system for the correct time although I had my confirmation which was correct. It took them nearly an hour to come to the terminal to meet us from the time of calling them. This was half an hour beyond the time that we had booked the meet for. I continually phoned and text them to ask where their driver was as we were left sat in our car outside the terminal where no waiting is allowed. They continually just advised they were very busy and the driver was on his way. Not a great start to our trip. On our return they were there with our car very promptly though.
