Reviewed on 18th April 2023I had to wait for 25-30 minutes for my car in spite of phoning them as soon as we landed and again after getting my luggage.

Reviewed on 2nd November 2021Unfortunately post covid things have changed, there was no formal check in (damage/mileage) we were then told to pay the parking fee despite our voucher saying it was included and then on return despite following the process and calling when we landed we were told the car would not be ready for 35 minutes after collecting our luggage, a disappointing experience.

Reviewed on 15th March 2011Dissapointed. Having previously been impressed with E-L, I waited for 15mins for drop off and 25 for pick up, despite being on time. Car had also not received the promised complimentary hand-wash. It was "still in the queue" at 0720 and I was offered the opportunity of waiting whilst it was washed... No apology. Sorry Edward Lloyd, you've got to better than that to get my return custom...

Reviewed on 22nd September 2010I have used Edward Lloyd meet and greet twice. The first time in August was great-no waiting at drop off and minimal waiting time on collection. The second time was poor: drop off time was 5am, and despite phoning, arriving early etc actual pickup was 5:20. Just about OK. On pick up, flight arrival was 21:00. We only had hand baggage. Phoned on touch down etc but actual pick up was 21:45, and had to run after driver to get the key back! Very poor - would have been quicker to use Long Stay. Yes, the car was cleaned, but not prompt enough for meet and greet.

Reviewed on 8th June 2010The meet was great - friendly and efficient. BA then cancelled my return flight and I had to rebook a flight a day earlier. I text the change to number given by car park as advised at the meet and asked for confirmation which was sent almost straight back. On my return no knowledge of my change of flight - not put onto the paperwork - promised car within 30 mins max - took over 50 mins cos had unsuccessfully tried to wash the bird muck off. I was accused of not communicating my change of flight until I showed the proof of texts on my phone. May give benefit of doubt and use again but only get one more chance!!

Reviewed on 19th February 2010Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time in the cold on our return journey (1/2 hour or slightly more!) and our friends (Mr and Mrs Murray) who we recommended your service to had to wait even longer! I'm not sure we will use your company again.

Reviewed on 14th February 2010I dropped my car in a working order but when I collected it as I was collecting it from the quick up and drop off section outside of terminal 1 I did not have enough time due to waiting time restrictions to check my car. Within 5 - 10 minutes of driving the car on the motorway I realised that one of my mirrors was not working properly. Needless to say I had a very exhausting and not to mention dangerous drive home for nearly 2 hours on Friday evening as I could not see out of one of my mirrors. The pick and up and drop off collection service is very good but ensure you check the car thoroughly before driving away.
