Reviewed on 25th January 2010Good booking and front end service. however, having to wait almost an hour at minus 4 degrees from 9pm waiting for my car despite making several phone calls was not a pleasant way to end a holiday

Reviewed on 6th January 2010Overall a dissapointing first experience. I made several calls advising of our eta at H'Row on 18/12/09 as we were likely to be slightly earlier than originally agreed (bad snow so we wanted to make sure we arrived with plenty of time). A couple of attempts went to mobile voicemail but eventually we agreed a revised meeting time. Even so, i ended up waiting 20 minutes and making 4 calls each time being told "he's 2 minutes away". I had to get cross and say stop the lies, tell me the truth. Anyway, once he arrived the handover was fine and he asked if I wanted the "free car wash" to which I said yes. We returned on 4/1/10 as planned to find the car waiting which was good but the car hadn't been washed because "the water's been frozen" Lame excuse in my book. All in all a dissapointing experience which didn't live up to 2 of its promises.

Reviewed on 18th October 2009Absolutely fine on the outward journey - I arrived early at Heathrow and they collected the car earlier than expected. Sadly, they let themselves down on the return journey. I had already alerted them to the fact I was not carrying any luggage - and so would be out of the airport in less time than normal. I called as soon as the plane had landed and was still left waiting for over 25 minutes after arriving at the collection point - roughly 40 minutes after I called (not the "5-10 minutes" I was advised). Not good enough and, given the competitive market, I wont be using them again.

Reviewed on 19th September 2009This was the second time I used Edward Lloyd - the first time no problems, but this time I had to wait 25 minutes for them to collect the car from Heathrow terminal 1 - travelling with 2 small children meant this turned into a nightmare very quickly. Repeated phone calls were responded to with "the driver is 2 minutes away" and this went on for 20 minutes. Very frustrating and I will not be using their service again.
Very poor service, we had to wait 40 mins for our car to be delivered, not friendly at all. Wont recommond to anyone.
