Good value. Arrived 30 mins early - despite calling ahead (45 mins previously), had to wait 15 mins to be met. After that much better. Car returned having been cleaned. Had to wait 5 mins at meeting point till car arrived. Staff very friendly. Happy to use again.

Good service, takes a few minutes after landing and calling to get hold of the car, but nothing dramatic. Even called to say the fuel was low, would I like to have some fuel put in on the way to collection. Very nice touch!

Very impressed with the service, although the driver was a little late (about 10 mins) on meeting us to collect the car for parking. However, on hearing we had been involved in a slight car accident en route, the driver was most concerned and offered to help in any way he could. On our return flight to terminal 5, the driver called us in good time once we had landed and was in the arranged place in the car park. Assistance was given with offloading from and loading luggage into the car and the driver was very courteous. I would certainly not hesitate to use Edward Lloyd again at terminal 5.

We were meet on time both ways very pleased with the service.Only thing we were disappointed with was that we had 22 miles extra on the clock so the car was parked quite a distance, this added to the cost because of the price of petrol.

Good level of service going, a phone call to check our time of arrival, no issues transferring the car at Heathrow. Return was a problem with the quantity of people trying to find transport. Not Ed Lloyd fault but I would have appreciated more help with the luggage and a cleaner car. I would use them again all things considered.

Had a little wait when I got to the airport to drop off, and the phone line was constantly engaged...but all was okay in the end. Car was waiting for us when we got out of the airport, even though our flight was early. Would definitely use them again!

Absolutely brilliant, this is the first time we have used the meet and greet service. The driver called us on our way to the airport and gave us instructions as to where to meet him and on our return as we were waiting for our bags he called to say where he would be meeting us. Would definitely use this service again.
