Clear and simple to use, efficient as well when we turned up early they reacted immediately. 1 minor gripe they did not telephone before hand as they said they would,but not a major problem I would/will use them again

Very good and professional service from edward lloyd people, it took all the stress away of normal flying hassle which is why they're strongly recommended.

No problems at all, plenty of contact, was late collecting the car but early when dropping it off, friendly drivers and no damage to my car. Would definitely recommend to others. It was the cheapest around.

Brilliant service, guys were on time, polite and confident, they gave the car a free wash too, unfortunately the water must have been a little dirty but the rain has since washed that all out. - will definitely use again as it saves an hour off the time to airport compared to going to an off site parking to get a good price for a few days secure parking.

I would DEFINITELY do this again. It was a fantastic and friendly service - especially after landing. I was a little nervous when we arrived at the airport because we hadn't had any re-confirmation after the initial booking. So one suggestion might be a text msg the night before to confirm the meeting. The driver was a tiny bit late (10 mins), but the dispatcher kept me informed. And because of the lateness, I got a free car wash. Overall, a great experience.

The service was good collected car on time, returned it on time even though we were two hrs late, down side car was returned covered in a THICK layer of gravel dust that got into everything causing me about two hrs work at home to clean all the dust of the car and around the door shuts. Apart from that good service.

Would have given a 5 rating had the driver meeting us not turned up 5 minutes late. Otherwise, all went to plan, the driver was courteous and quick in completing the forms.

Can't fault the service. Everything went as arranged from the prompt collection of the car from the arrival to the pick up. I would certainly use you again and would recommend you to others. Thank you.
