Excellent service, fog and terrible traffic on the motorways meant I was later than expected but the gentlemen on the phone and who collected my car was excellent and nothing was a problem, it took the stress out of that part of the journey and was really appreciated. Return journey was faultless.

On the face of it a very efficient service at a very good price. However I am very concerned that after the car was returned my trip computer showed 38 miles and 2 hours use during the 3 weeks it was at LHR. However I do not know where their depot is.

The driver was 15 minutes late for the departure flight despite the controller having phoned me to confirm that I would be on time. I had to drive around the block at terminal 3 until he arrived as the parking attendant moved me on. On return there was no answer on either of the numbers at first so I had already collected my luggage and cleared customs by the time I eventually got through and so had to wait 10 minutes for the car to be delivered.
