Reviewed on 31st May 2011First time used Edward Lloyd and would definitely do so again. Very reasonably priced and easy instructions re parking and pick up. Only had to wait a few minutes for the car to be picked up and after a long and tiring journey,the car was ready and waiting for us when we returned. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Reviewed on 27th April 2011I have just used this meet and greet service for the first time and will definately use it again. apart from me missing the entrance to level 4 of the car park-my fault- i had no trouble at all. The Meet and greet people were very helpful and patient with me while I kept driving around terminal 5! everything was very smooth coming back. All in all, far simpler than going to a car park, quicker-even with 3 laps of the terminal!- and very good value. big thanks to all.

Reviewed on 10th April 2011Good value service, but the instructions as published, on where to meet for the drop off at terminal 1, were out of date and lead to 20 min delay. A map and more precise instructions would be usefull in future.
