Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet Reviews

This was my second experience with the Edward Lloyd meet and greet service and have been most impressed with the punctuality and simplicity which helped reduce some of the stress of airport travel. The car was waiting at the agreed area and looked sparklingly clean, thank you. Definitely use them next time.

Will definately use again . Drop off and pick up was as they say ,Effortless. On return , I called once I was through customs and the car was at the meeting point when we arrived . They even gave the car a wash !

The service was excellant, the drivers were both extremely punctual and courteous; I will definitely use the service again.

I had not used this type of service before, and was anxious in case anything went wrong. However, I was called while on the way to the airport to confirm the detail, and the gentleman from Edward Lloyd was waiting to meet me on arrival, recognising my car from the description as I drove up. He explained the process, checked the car and the mileage, and left me with the paperwork and a telephone number to contact them on from the baggage hall on my return. Despite the fact I changed flights and arrived 3 hour early, we only had to wait 10 minutes before the car was delivered back to me by a couple of very nice young men, and it had been washed in my absence! Overall, very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use Edward Lloyd again. Thank you.

Excellent service. The best I've had to date. Were there when I arrived for drop off and there when I returned. No waiting. Staff polite and efficient. Would not hesitate to use again. The free car wash, however, left a lot to be desired. The windows and windscreen were worse than before they were cleane!

Excellent and graet value sevice with departure and arrivals meetings spot on. Polite and very helpful staff who were able to help out when we arrived early. Many thanks for de-stressing this part of our holiday, it was greatly appreciated. Peter Storey
