Excellent service at Heathrow terminal 5 - someone waiting for us when we dropped off the car and the car was waiting for us when we came back. I think they even washed it while we were away!

As ever a fantastic service recieved from this company. I use Edward Lloyd on a regular basis, and have never been dissappointed. In this instance i had to change my plans at very short notice and returned to the UK a few days later - this wasnt a problem and Edward Lloyd made this very easy for me. First rate service and good communication. The driver was waiting for us at drop off and collection times and rang to tell us. They even washed the car free of charge !

I thought their service was excellent: they were on-time, professional, gave clear instructions, noted prior bumps, marks and mileage so we knew the car was taken care of and they were the cheapest. I'd happily recommend them.

Fantastic service. They called as promised 30 mins prior to arriving, the driver was there waiting. Very curteous and efficient. Rang when I'd picked up luggage and the man told me exactly where to go and minutes later I was in my car and driving home in a sparkling clean car. Loved service, will always use - will never use car parks again. Fantastic, I've been recommending to friends already.
