An excellent service and great value for money. We flew from terminal 5 and the drop off and pick up directions were clear and easy to follow and then you just have to have a lift down to departures! No problems when we arrived later than planned and then again on return our plane was slightly delayed. An efficient and proffessional service. The guy who picked up also put £10 petrol in for me when I arrived with only a little petrol(they kept the receipt and I paid them on return). I highly recccomend them and will definitely be usung them again. Thank you!

Fantastic service. Someone was waiting for us although we were 15 mins late. Car was waiting on our return. Very close to terminal, we were at check-in desk in less than 5 mins. Highly recommended service. Car was also cleaned!

I have always had the highest service from Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet, beyond all expectations. Earlier this week my family and I missed a flight back from Lisbon, an expensive and frustrating mistake. Edward Lloyd meet and Greet not only did not charge me extra for the extra day, they also washed my car when they heard, "to put a smile back on my face" as they put it.

Very efficient and friendly service. The car had even been cleaned when we got back.

Our arrival went faultlessly. Excellent. On the return journey we called before arriving at the baggage collect. However we were just too quick and arrived at the collection point before the car. It was a pleasant day so the rather draughty site was not too cold. The cleaning of the car was much appreciated. Overall a very acceptable experience. Would we use the Co. again? Yes! Thanks.

I consider Edward Lloyd to be an excellent service. I have used it on more than one occasion and will continue to use it in the future. This service takes the hassle out of car parking when travelling. Their staff are courteous and efficient.

Fantastic friendly service. Would most definitely use again and recommend wholeheartedly. No waiting either way and we made good time getting to airport and they met us there early. Superb!!
