Friendly and speedy service

Good value. Arrived 30 mins early - despite calling ahead (45 mins previously), had to wait 15 mins to be met. After that much better. Car returned having been cleaned. Had to wait 5 mins at meeting point till car arrived. Staff very friendly. Happy to use again.

Good service, takes a few minutes after landing and calling to get hold of the car, but nothing dramatic. Even called to say the fuel was low, would I like to have some fuel put in on the way to collection. Very nice touch!

Due to arrived at Heathrow Terminal 5 at 5.00am, received a call at 4.15 on my mobile to see where i was, there were roadworks that meant i was going to be 30mins late. When i arrived man was waiting to greet me and it was a very easy drop off. Coming back landed at 8.30pm rang when i got bags off plane, extremely quickly they were there as soon as i got through customs. Arrived back at drop off point waited 5 mins for car to arrive and i was on my way at 9.05pm only 35 mins after landing!! Really good service

Superb. Very efficient, and extremely helpful with suggestions when the M25 ground to a halt (a different exit meant we didn't miss our flight). Will definitely use Edward Lloyd again.

Outstanding service. Were met on arrival at airport after phone call confirming expected time of arrival. Our return flight was 40 minutes early - we rang Edward Lloyd as soon as we had collected our luggage who told us they were waiting for us in the car park! We left the car park before our flight had been due to land. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for service and very polite, pleasant staff. I will certainly be leaving my car with them again.

Excellent service. Reminder phone call prior to airport arrival. Driver already waiting at airport on arrival and departure so no waiting. Complimentary car wash appreciated.

i would definatley recommend Edward Lloyd meet and Greet. Perfect service and so quick. i have used quite a few meet and greet and this company is the best i have used. i do not normally write reviews but the service was exceptional. Well done.

Absolutely fine on the outward journey - I arrived early at Heathrow and they collected the car earlier than expected. Sadly, they let themselves down on the return journey. I had already alerted them to the fact I was not carrying any luggage - and so would be out of the airport in less time than normal. I called as soon as the plane had landed and was still left waiting for over 25 minutes after arriving at the collection point - roughly 40 minutes after I called (not the "5-10 minutes" I was advised). Not good enough and, given the competitive market, I wont be using them again.
