Not only was my experience of the service of Edward Lloyd the best I have had of valet parking, I remain amazed still that for my 2 week break via Heathrow that it was the cheapest option. Beacuse of the cost I was slightly wary of the service but, as others have said, smartly dressed, friendly drivers met me to drop my car off and to hand it over. I couldn't have been more impressed. I would recommend this service to anyone flying from Heathrow. Best wishes Ian Manborde

Both going and returning the driver was waiting and called to confirm. Car was cleaned and so looked better than when I left it! Would definitely recommend.

Everything happened like clockwork. Driver was courteous and polite and was on time at the drop off and on our return. Very good value for money. Just a thought......it might be an idea to offer a valeting service so your clients could opt for having their vehicle cleaned when returning from holiday. I would certainly consider that option provided it was at the right price. I will certainly pass your details on to others. Look forward to using you again.

A superb service! It was rather worrying dropping off the car, as although it was quite clear that we were expected, it is a strange feeling that you are handing over your car keys! That said, I would highly recommend the service - many thanks.

Absolutely 1st class and highly professional service. Both parties signed a receipt showing existing damage and current mileage prior to the car being taken away so nothing at all to be worried about. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to family and friends. Keep up the good work guys.

We found your system excellent. We arrived at Heathrow an hour early, phoned Edward Lloyd and within 15 minutes the driver was there - great service. On return, phoned and he was there to meet us. Thank you.

Simply the Best!!!! Excellent service, courteous drivers, prompt collection / delivery of car. Imagine my delight when I found my car had even been washed whilst I was away at no extra charge. I have no hesitation in recommending Edward Lloyd to friends and colleagues and will use again.

The whole service was excellent. The booking easy and smooth. The service, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff both in the office and the drivers was great. We were half an hour late landing but this was no problem, the car was there waiting with a smiling driver. I would definitely use this service again.
