Really happy with the service, seemed very organised and prompt. Very friendly and helpful staff, my flight was delayed by a day and this seemed no problem at all.

Dear Customer Services, Just to say a big big thanks for the service that your team provided, we were originally reserved about using this service, but just to say that all our worries were not necessary. From booking, to having the car collected @ departure and then delivered @ the airport upon arrival was great. We even had the car delivered before we came out @ arrivals. In the past I have left the car @ a car park and then taken the bus, this I always felt was hard work especially when with Kids and an elederly person and on top of all that the luggage had to be taken from one place to another. This was a great saviour, One Final note I WILL DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND YOU to all my friends/family. Thanks Again Mr and Mrs Sohail

Used this service at T5. Driver waiting at collection and pickup. Fast efficient service even brought my phone back to the terminal building as I had left it in my car. Much cheaper than other valet services I have used in the past. Would definitely use again!!!

Absolutely fantastic service, which I would highly recommend. They were very punctual and helpful on drop off at the Terminal. On return from our holiday our car had a mechanical fault, no fault of Edward LLoyd, however, when they discovered the problem upon starting the vehicle the night before our arrival they arranged for a mechanic to come and and diagnose the problem, at their own cost, which enabled us to arrange for a recovery truck when we arrived at Heathrow. They picked up my family of 5 people and took us back to their offices where our car was. We were very well looked after whilst waiting for the recovery vehicle, providing us with tea, coffee and food and they then went off to get crisps and cooldrinks for the children. Well done Zahid and the team, I would definitely use Edward Lloyd again.

Excellent service with helpful drivers. It was a pleasure not to be herded in a bus with all the luggage to a distant carpark. Just one small point, though, it would be helpful to know in advance that the pick-up after the holiday was on the DEPARTURE level rather than the ARRIVAL level. This makes a difference when trying to exit T5.

My husband and I both agree that the serice we received was excellent outward and inward. Both employees were smart and very professional. We were called 30 minutes before our arrival at Terminal 5 to check wether we were arriving to time, we were and somebody was waiting for us at the given place. We were wished a good trip and off we went. On our return we were in baggage reclaim when we were phoned and were met at the given place, our car ready and waiting. No hassle, exactly what we needed after a long flight with no sleep. We will certainly recommend this service to our friends and use again when we can. Thank you

Exceptional service! I cannot fault the service. Well done Edward Lloyd and especially well done their driver Nauraz. No waiting around for us at all. I would recommend the service to anyone.
