The website was easy to use, the meeting point at terminal 5 Heathrow was very convenient and the person collecting and delivering the car was both efficient and charming. After all this good service, the price was the most competitive. I will book again. thank you.

I recently used Edward LLoyd meet and greet at heathrow and found the service excellent can not fault them at all. On my way to the airport I received a call checking on my progress and time of arrival which was good as we were running slightly late. I gave them an estimated time of arrival which in actual fact was right on the button. I was asked to phone them when we were approaching the airport which I did. We parked up where we were told and the driver was there in minutes giving us enough time to unload our luggage and do final checks. Will definitely use again. A very good service even on our return. Great value and courteous staff.

Excellent! We've used Valet Parking for many years, but this was the first time we'd used Edward Lloyd at LHR T5. We arrived an hour before our ETA (for once, no delays on the UK's motorways) but they were unphased and met our car almost immediately. The driver was polite, friendly and efficient. On our return our car was waiting for us as soon as we arrived at the meeting point. And a great price! What more could you want 5/5.
