Reviewed on 15th September 2009The total Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet experience was exceptional. They rang 30 minutes before we arrived at Heathrow as they said they would, gave us good instructions and were there to meet us at T5. Where they met us and collected the car was only minutes from check in. On our return we rang them and the car was back with us, in a convenient location a few minutes from baggage reclaim, in around 15 minutes. Both times the guy we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. A brilliant service for the price.

Reviewed on 14th September 2009I was very impressed by the high efficiency of the service, the friendliness of the greeters and the overall very high standard of the service offered. I was also very pleased by how reasonable the cost was. I will recommend Edward Lloyd to any travelling friends and would not hesitate to use them again. A big thank you for taking some of the stress out of air travel.

Reviewed on 14th September 2009The service was not bad and I shall use it again. Instructions were to call Edward Lloyd *after* picking up luggage, but this meant a 20 minute delay waiting for the car to be delivered.

Reviewed on 9th September 2009Good level of service going, a phone call to check our time of arrival, no issues transferring the car at Heathrow. Return was a problem with the quantity of people trying to find transport. Not Ed Lloyd fault but I would have appreciated more help with the luggage and a cleaner car. I would use them again all things considered.

Called us en-route to see how our journey to LHR was progressing and when we had trouble finding the car park (went to business car park as opposed to the short stay, business fast track) they were on hand to give us directions. On our return the car was in the car park before we were. First time user and will definitely use again and would definitely recommend.
