Excellent friendly and punctual service!

We used Edward Lloyd Meet & Greet for the 1st time on our recent trip from T5 to USA. Having always used the airport "Park & Bus in" service we were a little sceptical, especially at such a reasonable price. We need not have worried. Your service was 1st class from start to finish. We were an hour late arriving due to traffic, but spoke to your office several times, who were very understanding. Your Driver was there to greet us with a smile, even helping to unload cases. On our return we were called whilst in the baggage hall to say the Driver had returned with the car. He was at the exact spot where we had dropped off, so no confusion finding him (which was very helpful after a long night flight!) We were greeted with another smile & a warm car. We will definitely use your services again & recommend you anyone we know flying from Heathrow. Top service...Thank you very much.

We were very pleased with the service, the driver was waiting for us with a trolley when we arrived and very helpful, friendly and polite. Similarly when we returned the car was waiting and we were helped to load the luggage into the car. Would certainly use this service again.

Excellent service with charming staff. I was a little sceptical of how the system would work, but it did! My car was collected efficiently, despite me being almost an hour earlier than the pre-arranged time, by a smiling, polite and cheerful young gentleman, who assisted me with my luggage onto the trolley. On returning to Heathrow my car was ready and waiting, again with a smiling driver who could not have been more polite. He too assisted me with my luggage. I shall definitely use this service again and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it.
