Arrival time was earlier than expected, we received the phone call and advised that we were early, the reply came "no problem we will have a chap there for you". Sure enough the guy arrived within five minutes of us arriving at the terminal and took the car after a quick inspection. On return I made the phone call to the number as we were walking through to baggage reclaim, by the time we had collected our bags and got to level 5 the car was waiting. I would highly recommend this service to anyone flying from Heathrow and will be using these guys again.

Excellent service, we arrived two hours earlier than anticipated and it didn't cuase any problems for the company. Then on return whilst waiting for luggage i received a call and text to say they were waiting outside. Very smooth excellent service that i would use again and recommend to friends.

I am pleased to record my great satisfaction at the service received. The meet and greet service worked perfectly for me. As advised I was contacted prior to my arrival at Heathrow Terminal 3 to ensure I was on schedule,and was subsequently met on time by the guy taking my car. On my return from my trip I was coming into Terminal 5 rather than terminal 3. On arrival back at terminal 5, and having collected my luggage I contacted Edward Lloyd as instructed and my car was in place in the pick up area by the time I had made my way to level five and on my way home. All the contact with your company employees was very efficient and courteous. Thanks to all for this excellent service. I will look to use your service again in the future and be pleased to recommend to others.

At both ends of our trip the drivers were waiting for us at the terminal and delivered a seamless service - Great after a long flight and competitive prices too.

Have used Edward Lloyd twice in three weeks. The service before and after both trips was excellent. Edward Lloyd were prompt in calling half an hour before at departure and arrival at the airport, they were quick to bring the car round. The drivers helped with the luggage and were courteous at all times. I would definitely recommend them if anyone asked and I would definitely use them again. They were excellent value for money.

What a great service. Good communication. Saved us taking trains, buses or parking ourselves and then a commute. Our first time doing this, but not our last. Definitely highly recommend! Couldn't fault them.
