Excellent service. Met by a polite friendly member of staff who was there for us when we arrived. On our return received a call while waiting to pick up bags before I had a chance to call them the driver was on the phone confirming he was there and where he was waiting. On the road 25 mins after getting off the plane.

Great communication, driver was waiting at both ends, would use again...

A Slick operation. They call you to check you have no delays en route, No hanging around at Drop off, the representative was exactly where he said he would be, and how he got there to deliver the car so quickly when we landed I'll never know. Priced very competetively, will surely be using them again.

Does everything it says on the tin. What they say is what you get. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good service, I arrived a bit earlier and they were very good to accomodate my needs. When returning from my trip I found the car waiting for me at the terminal no problem at all, the driver helped me to load the luggages. Sorry that I couldn't tip the driver because I didn't have any cash with me at that time. Anyway full rating to all the organisation, will use it again. G. Manzolini

This is the first time I have used this service, but it certainly wont be the last. What a pleasure to find a company who still believe that the customer is their first priority. They go the extra mile and the drivers are all courteous helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Well Done to you all, I shall use this service again, and tell all my friends to do the same.

I have to admit I was worried that paying a cheaper price than I normally do for meet and greet parking service may have meant a less professional service. I was very wrong - the service was excellent - staff friendly and helpful and it all worked like clock work. I would certainly use this service again - and thank you for exceeding my expectations.

Not only was my experience of the service of Edward Lloyd the best I have had of valet parking, I remain amazed still that for my 2 week break via Heathrow that it was the cheapest option. Beacuse of the cost I was slightly wary of the service but, as others have said, smartly dressed, friendly drivers met me to drop my car off and to hand it over. I couldn't have been more impressed. I would recommend this service to anyone flying from Heathrow. Best wishes Ian Manborde
