Excellent service. The driver was on time, polite and carefully checked my car before he drove away. The return journey was just the same and they even helped me to unload and load my luggage. Very efficient service. Representative was on time both at the drop off and more importantly at the pick up on our return. Would definitely use Edward Lloyd again - the price for Meet and Greet compared very favourably with other 'non meet and greet' parking options at Heathrow.

As a first time user I was nervous to use the company. But I need not have worried. We arrived at the airport 10 minutes before our due time and the driver was already waiting for us and on return he called me in the baggage hall, before I even had a chance to call him, to tell me that he was there and waiting. Car had been well looked after as well.

Really happy with the service, seemed very organised and prompt. Very friendly and helpful staff, my flight was delayed by a day and this seemed no problem at all.
