It's funny how we rate airport car parks by how long we have to wait for the transfer bus. In this case, I'm pleased to say, the buses were prompt, clean and efficient

As usual all was great parking at Parking Express T1,2,3. The new buses were good and now T4 is not included there seemed to be more space available to use. My only criticism is that for people who have to use the office to validate the exit ticket the car parking arrangements are not very clear, I ended parking on double yellow lines. Other than that, superb!!

When checking out from the parking, I expected that the registration number could be read automatically and we could go smoothly, but actually we should drop in the office. This is the biggest difference from other popular parking places, I believe. Bus transportation timing was very good in fact.

After booking online and paying in advance, I returned from my business trip a day early to be told that no refund would be offered. In addition I had to go into the office to validate my exit ticket. I see no benefit over just turning up. Andy
