Parking Express Heathrow T1,2,3 Reviews

We appreciated the reviews of others telling us to look for Long Term Parking Terminals 1,2 &3. The gates are orange (not green as shown in the photo). We buzzed at the gate to make sure we were in the right place; parked and hopped on the bus. Came back two days later. Showed our 'voucher' email to the staff in the Customer Services and that was it. Our card was scanned and credited and we drove out through the barrier. Very easy. TOP TIP: We forgot to look carefully at where the buses dropped us off and it took us a while to find it when we came home - watch out for that one! ALSO: The bus journey takes about 10 minutes and they run every 15 minutes. So add 25 mins to your journey time!

I thought it was very good apart from when we arrived at the car park we was looking for (parking Express)as it was not named apart from Terminal 1 & 3 long stay parking.we was slighty confussed.Apart from that a very good service with no hanging around.We will use you again.

We arrived back around midnight and called for the bus. It arrived quickly and both the driver and the person in the office were helpful and friendly - excellent service all round.

Other than the Airport Authorities making it clear to incoming passengers where they should stand to catch the shuttle bus (eventually saw a small sign saying Bus 17/Car parks 1,2and 3 on the wall) it was very good arrangements

Very good, short wait for bus and plenty of space.

Very pleased indeed. the park was easy to find, well sign posted from the road. (wish i could say the same about the road signs to get back onto the m40).Easily found again once in the airport to come home.Didn't have to wait more than a few moments for the bus service either way (to and from the airport). The drivers were most helpful. The payment and emails which confirmed the booking were promt and infomative. really happy and will recommend and use this service again. Thank you.

Very secure, fast shuttle, good service, a bit narrow parking spaces, traffic organisation inside a bit hectic.

Found the directions to be not clear with ref to a spur road which i did not understand. I just wanted road names. On my paperwork i had the park listed as two different names - one being park and go.It is actually called long stay car park. Luckily i saw a bus come out of the long stay park with a title on it i recognised from the paperwork.

i was unhappy to be charged an extra 15 quid.it was the fault of the airport that i was late,immigration and baggage collection took over an hour and a half.apart from that i will use you again.
