ParkXpert Heathrow Meet and Greet Reviews

Normally very wary of meet and greet however decided to try booking through Park and Go. was very impressed with their service. Very professional and polite, will definitely use them again.

Excellent service from Parkxpert Meet and Greet, arrived at Heathrow T5 and they were ready and waiting at 6am to take my car and on arrival I called them to let them know I had my luggage and my car arrived at the collection point shortly after. The price was the amazing thing compared to the other companies at Heathrow, I paid less than half the price of the competition, really pleased with the service and this the fourth time in as many months that I’ve booked through Park and Go, will be back again for sure.

Very pleasantly surprised with the service from ParkXpert Heathrow Meet and Greet. I wasn’t sure which counter to visit in the short stay car park (there isn’t a ParkXpert one) but once that was explained on the phone all was fine. They returned the car exactly when they said they would and it had been washed too. There were no short stay parking fees for me to pay and the meet location is very convenient - just an elevator ride away from the main terminal. I would definitely use them again.

Exceptional service clear directions flight changed to a different terminal notified P&G and new voucher changed within minutes. Friendly welcome at LHR despire it being hectic. Only 7 miles on my clock after collection. Pick up smooth too. Will recommend and use again.
