ParkXpert Heathrow Meet and Greet Reviews

I have a high sided WAV and have used the drop off area at terminal 3 for years. This year drop off was ok but the collection of the van was a pain because for some reason they didn’t come to the drop off area. After numerous phone calls to find out what was going on, I found out they had left the vehicle in on the hound floor, but they hadn’t bothered to tell me. In total we were outside for almost an hour, which is not what you need after 16 hours of travelling.

Drop off good but on pick up we had to wait nearly an hour for the car to be delivered. Others there had been waiting longer and were extremely unhappy.

The contact with the Park & Go office before the drop off was brilliant. All queries dealt with swiftly and professionally. Unfortunately the drop off was dreadful. We stated 4am and called 30 minutes before as requested but despite 3 calls whilst at the drop off area, the driver didn’t turn up until 4.25am. He originally said that he hadn’t even heard of ParkXpert before and then found my paperwork. He never checked over my car, just took my car keys from me and that was it. I wasn’t entirely convinced about leaving my keys with him but didn’t have a choice. The return wasn’t much better as it took well over 45 minutes for the car to be returned but to be fair, there was a problem with the car park and no parking valets could get through. It was a struggle to get out of the car park too.
