ParkXpert Heathrow Meet and Greet Reviews

The car collection on arrival was OK. On our return we had to wait 1 hour for the car to be returned to us.

Not at all happy with the pickup. Dropping off the car was very easy like every other meet and greet service we used. But when picking them up, we called them right after getting tie bags from the belt. On the phone, they took a while to ind the reservation (which was a bad sign). They said to proceed to the car park and wait. And it took them more than an hour to bring the car. Looks like they had forgotten to bring the car out and it was boxed behind many cars in their parking lot. It was frustrating to wait with two kids in the cold.

The directions for drop off were only from the M25 so I called to ask where to go from the M4. Nobody answered so I left a message to call me, no one did. When I rang on the way in, the guy was pretty short on the phone. Upon return, nobody answered the phone again so I left a message to say that we were through baggage and on our way. When I got to the car park, nobody knew I was coming and we had to wait half an hour for the car to appear. Not exactly meet and greet more wait and greet.

Car was full of dry leaves. We were charged £5+ in the barrier on our way out which should be already included.
