Normally very wary of meet and greet however decided to try booking through Park and Go. was very impressed with their service. Very professional and polite, will definitely use them again.

Having used many different 'meet and greet' operators at LHR and LGW. This was the 1st time I've used these guys and they were, efficient and prompt, on both outbound and inbound pick up. As well as competitively priced. I will definitely be using their services again.

Excellent service from Parkxpert Meet and Greet, arrived at Heathrow T5 and they were ready and waiting at 6am to take my car and on arrival I called them to let them know I had my luggage and my car arrived at the collection point shortly after. The price was the amazing thing compared to the other companies at Heathrow, I paid less than half the price of the competition, really pleased with the service and this the fourth time in as many months that I’ve booked through Park and Go, will be back again for sure.

So, I have been using Park and Co companies at LHR for the past 10 years, and this company came up at a good price, so I booked them. BIG MISTAKE ! Turned up an hour late to collect my car, and then on my arrival back, it took 55 minutes to get my car. Terrible communication both at drop off and collection.

Our car was brought to us absolutely filthy with dirt stains after 12 days that were very hard to get rid of.

Excellent, professional and friendly- so quick too.
