Excellent service, easy to book and on arrival to the airport to park I received a friendly courtesy call en route and when I landed another call which I thought was excellent customer service. Friendly staff awaited me both times and I’ve now booked them again for my next trip. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My second time using Platinum at Heathrow -T3, was just as good as the first (T5). Better service than the other valet operators - by name not number and car returned inside 10 minutes - so Platinum becomes my top pick.

The best meet and greet service we have ever used at any airport! Value for money, super friendly and courteous drivers who were waiting when we arrived to drop our car off and were only 2 minutes away when we landed. Will always use in future, can’t rate the service highly enough. Absolutely excellent.

We messed up and forgot the key card for our car, which meant we wouldn’t be able to meet the driver and hand the car over at the airport. After a fair amount of panicking (including discovering that parking at the airport would cost 5 times more), Park & Go were able to help us out by letting us drive straight to their base from where their driver took us to the airport. Massive thanks to both the P&G office for their communication and to the driver who took us and picked us up.
