Reviewed on 7th September 2025Be very careful when considering Platinum Parking M&G. My car was running perfectly when I dropped it off, no problems at all. On the drive home after I had returned, the car had a severe steering column rattle at higher speeds. There was a noise and vibration. I reported to my garage who noticed that the alloy wheels indicated that the car had been 'kerbed'. I know that I had not hit a kerb with the car (and no-one else drives it). The hand brake had also stopped working. Obviously, it could all be a huge coincidence but I am now very wary. These problems only arose after I had left the car with M&G.

Reviewed on 8th August 2025Really poor service. No formal paperwork on collection so had no idea who collected my car. Tried calling multiple times on return and no answer with calls being declined. Worried it was a scam throughout .Would not use again.

Reviewed on 12th June 2025What's the point in a meet and greet where they leave you waiting 25 minutes for your car? He even said he was bringing it for 20mins time, 45 minutes ago to make it worse. Don't use these cowboys. Also make you pay gate tickets even when they are late or have bad signage.

Reviewed on 10th June 2025For the first time we were very disappointed in the return service. We rang from baggage collection and was told 20 minutes. Nearly an hour later the car arrived, not happy. Will not use again

Reviewed on 21st May 2025Unfortunately both the drop off and pickup did not go well, called as requested prior to arrival only to not be meet by anyone, when I called to enquire as to where the driver was I was told I hadn’t called prior to arrival. Eventually the driver turned up and apologies for the lateness. On our return we called as directed on landing and on pickup of luggage, once again no show with the car at the appointed time, called again and asked which company I had booked with. Waited almost an hour for our car to arrive only to given the car park ticket and expected to pay, finally the driver paid the charge and we got on our way. I have in the past used Platinum Parking and not had any issues.

Reviewed on 27th April 2025Drop off was fine as expected. The pickup was not. Took over 90mins as despite confirming they went to the wrong terminal. Fobbed off multiple times that they were 10mins away and would call back. No call backs. Confirmed over phone wouldn't have to pay exit fee to get out of airport when car dropped off. Simply a lie to get me off the phone. Hit with additional fee to exit.

Reviewed on 10th April 2025Was an hour waiting for my car to be returned. Told on the phone that was because the car in front of my had a flat battery and yet the delivery driver had no idea test he was even late. Had to keep calling for updates, they made no attempt to proactively keep me informed. I use different Meet and Greet companies a lot at T5, generally they are very good.

Reviewed on 10th April 2025This company clearly accept more bookings than they can manage. I had to wait over an hour to get my car back after being told it would be with me within 20 minutes. The last thing you want after an 11 hour flight is to wait over an hour for your car before you can then drive the 2.5 hours home. They kept telling me to be patient as they were busy. Really frustrating and unprofessional. Will not use again and I advice you to go elsewhere as I wasn’t alone, there were people waiting to drop their cars off and getting anxious about missing their flights, not cool.

Reviewed on 8th April 2025I have left 1 star as although the drop off at T5 went smoothly. When we returned from our trip we had to wait 40 mins for our car to be returned, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable after a day traveling home.
