Waited nearly an hour told them 3 times to bring the car to the drop off but they put it in the carpark causing even more delays

The pick up process was efficient, however on our return, we ended up waiting nearly 55 minutes before the car arrived, despite being told, when phoning, that the car would be there in 15 minutes. This was explained as traffic, however when driving out of the airport, there were no traffic issues. In addition, the driver initially told us we would have to pay for the ticket to exit the car park, which was incorrect as this was included in the overall cost.

Drop off was 100% and couldn't fault them, but pick up was not so good. I called multiple times and still had to wait for my car, for over an hour in the car park. It's a shame, but I thought an honest review was best !

Drop off - no issues waited a few minutes only for car to be collected. Pick up I was told 25-30 minutes, but took 40-45 minutes to arrive and did call them after bags collected as instructions said. I had already paid for exit fee on departure, but driver tried to just give me the ticket, he checked his phone and then agreed I was correct.

Drop off was fine. The driver was waiting for us, however I did have to remind him that our booking included the driver paying for the short stay drop off fee, when he asked me to pay for it. On return, not so good. We ended up waiting for 30 mins for the car whilst standing in the short stay, because apparently there were road blocks around the airport. I didn't see any and other cars were arriving in good time. Not great.

I give 3 star because on our return trip, this company let me wait 1 hours 15 minutes from my 1st calls to them after I got my luggage.

I always call as per instructions and still am left waiting 25+minutes after I collected my bags.

Booked meet and greet but had a long wait to drop off and collect car. My idea of this service is that you're not delayed. Used others and never had a problem. Had to call 3 times. Not recommended unless you have lots of spare time.

The drop off was smooth and easy. However, the pick up was delayed and we had to wait 30 minutes in arrivals for the driver to deliver the car. This is despite calling when instructed - when we landed and when we received our bags. We were told there was a shortage of drivers. We have other bookings so hope that the same delay will not happen again.

Excellent communication but left car v clean but returned dirty.
