Purple Parking Reviews

I used my SatNav to find the Park and found that, once there it was all very efficiant and well organised. I would not hesitate to use Purple Parking again if Heathrow was my only option.

Service was good and the staff were very friendly , the bad thing was that we had to wait a long time for the lift to collect us and it was very cold waiting.

I found Purple Parking to be very good value for money. The shuttle drivers were extremely helpful & everyone was at the agreed place at the agreed time. You can't ask for more!

On our arrival at the car park, we was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. On the return of our journey was the complete opposite! I was given a ticket with a telephone number on it and was told to ring the number when we had picked up our suit cases. I rang the number just as we had got off of the plane so that I knew the bus would be on time. I ended up waiting 55 minutes for it to come and collect me! People should be treated the same on arrival and on their return, but that was not the case!

We always use park and go, this time @ purple we got lost trying to find m25. Perhaps directions would be of help.

On arrival I was reassured by the security measures that were highly visible including use of cameras etc. All the staff I met were courteous & helpful. The transition from parking to the terminal was quick & easy. On return we made a call to the car park as requested. Within minutes we were collected and transported by mini bus directly to the bay where our car was parked. All in all, a very easy no fuss part of the holiday.
