Purple Parking Reviews

Individual drivers were personable. Vehicle quality & tidiness poor. Welcome to the Caremark average to impersonal. Distance from carpark to heathrow T5 was about 25 minutes without traffic. This longer than Purple parking advertised.

The outbound journey was not too bad with a delay of about 20 minutes waiting for the bus and passengers. The return journey was disgusting. We conformed with the instructions by ringing in on leaving the plane. We then had to wait for 90 minutes to get a bus. This is totally unacceptable. We shall never use Purple Parking company again and most certainly never recommend you.

Easy to find. Instructions clear to follow. Prompt and quick journeys to and from airport. Would certainly use again.

Good service on the whole, though on 01/11/2012 at terminal 4 Heathrow at 8.00pm I had to wait an unacceptably long time for the bus. There were a crowd of people there and 3 had to be left behind. More and more frequent buses are needed. Because of this I might use a different organisation next time I travel.

There was not a problem getting to Airport, but we called when going through passport control and had to wait 25 mins to be collected. Not so good when cold.

Helpful, polite and friendly. Do all that they say they do and for a good price.

I found the experience very acceptable, especially Godfrey on the return pick up. A smile and joke are very welcome for a weary traveller.

Very good and efficent, used Heathrow Long term before, but got a better feeling about leaving my car a Purple Parking. Would use again.

Always found Purple Parking very efficient and courteous. This last trip however we were bemused as to why the driver took 25 minutes from the airport going on a very roundabout route. Not what you want after a 20 hour journey. We will however definately use PP again.

Delays Being picked up spoilt this service, we were left waiting at the airport on return for 40 Mins.
