Reviewed on 1st September 2009The car park is quite a way away from the airport and as the service is slow and un-reliable you will need to allow an hour from arriving at the car park to getting to the airport just to be on the safe side. The transfer drivers were rude and incompetent. On the way there, there was a queuing system set up, but the driver stopped at the back of the queue so everyone who'd just arrived got on the minibus first. The poor family that'd been waiting for ages at the front of the queue nearly missed their plane! I thought it could have just been a one off, but the journey back was just as bad.

Reviewed on 24th August 2009Excellent efficient service. We were supervised and helped from the moment of arrival, and whisked to the airport. One quick phone call when we got back and a minibus was with us within 5 minutes, and took us direct to our car. Excellent value for money.

Reviewed on 4th August 2009Parking was further away from the airport than expected. On return the driver of the coach was very eratic - several passengers started to suffer from motion sickness. On arrival at my car the driver's door had not been shut properly so the battery was flat. The attendants were not particularly forthcoming in helping, making me sign a waiver before they agreed to jump start the car. Sadly not a particularly happy customer.
