You get what you pay for in this world. If you don't mind waiting 30mins to be collected from the airport, then it is a good deal. But after a long flight, the last thing you want is to be kept waiting.I think this company work on only sending buses to collect you when they know that they are going to be full to capasity.

I would say that the arrival process and trip to heathrow was excellent. How ever i couldnt say the same for the return trip, i found the driver to be in such a rush that if i hadnt asked him if he had room onboard for us he would have left as at the airport to wait for another bus. He seemed to be driving quite fast aswell and i felt that if he had given us a little more and explained things a little more clearly the overall service would have recieved top marks.
