Purple Parking Reviews

I was very pleased with the efficient and fast service from Purple Parking. The car park at Southall was a bit tricky to find, but I was surprised how easy the whole procedure was.

Everything promised was done We arrived late and arrangements were excellent We will always use Purple Parking.

No complaints.

Parking service was good, didn't wait long at either end for the bus and car was safe and sound when we got back. Only down side was bus ride was longer than from the main airport parking.

This was the first time I have used this type of service, usually parking at the airport itself. Very good experience with pleasant and courteous staff from start to finish. The only downside was finding the car on return - I feel that the parking area could have been better sign posted. Will definately use you again next time. Paul Watkins

Very courteous staff, both at park and drivers. No hassle whatsoever, pick up from airport was very fast and dropped right to my car - great :) Am using again for sure!

Fast efficient service at a reasonable price. Booked on line with no hassles or hiccups. Well organised on arrival and return to airport. One of the few companies doing terminal 5 transfers.

I did not like having to leave my keys in the car when i first got there. Also i did not like it that when i picked my car who ever had been driving it had changed the radio station and left it on full volume. I also didnt like it how there was a tapping noise coming from the engine like it had been driven hard!! Sorry but i will never park here again.

Conveniently located and easily found from motorway (M4), efficient and easy book in, prompt transfer to airport terminal and prompt pick up on arrival back, cheerful and helpful drivers - fabulous value for money and would recommend.

Got there even in the dark with easy instructions, given a prompt lift to airport. Was grounded at Muscat for extra half a day, diverted to different flight home into different terminal and contacted the office and given reassurance that everything was still ok and it didn't make any difference to my booking. Total relief!
