So quick and easy to use no hanging around at either the car park or airport. This is second time i have used purple parking, and will continue to do so.

Straight forward no fuss service.

Arrival fine as it was very early, returned on a Friday at 6:20 pm, on 3rd attempt phone was answered, it was 1 hour till I got to my car as the first bus was too full and wasn't allowed to sit in the front. took the longest route possible to the parking. If you have hours to kill its ok but would not like to do it after an hours flight let alone a long haul flight

Excellent service

Once you got to within quarter of a mile it was easily sign posted so not a problem to find. Staff on arrival and departure were very courteous and efficient which was a massive plus. To be honest, for the price I paid I expected a poor service so was pleasently surprised. A big thanks to all, this was good value for money and I'll certainly book again when travelling from Heathrow.

My experience of Purple parking (for Heathrow) was first class. Good value, well organised, security concious, and a very quick pick-up. Compared to a similar off-airport parking for Luton airport, Purple is the new BMW, and the Luton place...the clapped out Cortina. I have no hesitation in recommending Purple

On arrival back at T5 it took 30 minutes for the courtesy bus to arrive. It then took in excess of 30 minutes to arrive back at the car park using a residential route which was gridlocked. No a satisfactory experience as it was my first occasion using your company.
