Purple Parking Reviews

I did not realise that your car park was located so far from the airport. Got stuck in traffic jam after coming off M4 on exit road and going through housing estate. Your website says that the transfer takes between 10 and 15 minutes, again, it took much longer than that to get to Terminal 5 and as a result I missed my flight and had to pay extra to get rebooked. On my return it took longer than other companies for the shuttle bus to arrive. Car park poorly lit. Staff not the friendliest. Would not use purple parking again.
