Everything went smoothly, easy and very reasonable. Defo use again and recommend to any friends who will want parking for Heathrow.

Good experience on the whole. Staff very efficient and helpful. My husband was not best pleased at having to leave the car keys behind (didn't realise we had to do that!) as he doesn't like parting with them and when we got back the car had been moved but the driver took us straight to our car which was great as it was pouring with rain and nearly 11.00pm. The mini bus came to collect us from the terminal very promptly and we hardly had to wait at all. We would probably use Purple Parking again.

Excellent going but long transfer back but this was early morning rush hour so to be expected no doubt.

Really easy to use and was not expecting to get dropped at the car strait out or the bus with your bags ready to load into your car and drive off Great service bus was waiting for us from the plane.

The parking area has very good security and found my car very quickly upon my return.

Turned up and my booking was not on system despite me having all the paperwork. This meant an unfortunate delay at the barrier for the people behind me. Other than that and a 'travel-sick' mini- bus passenger the outbound journey went well. Inbound was easy enough apart from the now legendary 'barrier'. There was a hold up with the car in front at the barrier and our driver was getting extremely irate. I don't see how it could be avoided, therefore, the industrial language and reckless drive through the car park once we eventually got through the barrier was completely uncalled for and we were lucky to get back unscathed.

Staff very friendly. Booking easy. Transfer to and from airport quick and efficient. Good value.
