Reviewed on 22nd January 2014Absolutely fantastic. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Very smooth and efficient process. Transfers very prompt. Phoned upon return and bus was there within 10 minutes!!

Reviewed on 12th December 2013We arrived and parked easily. We were then taken to Terminal four after a short wait. On return our bags were delayed by 21/2 hours but no problem and we were collected once we had received our hold luggage bags. We were driven to our car in the parking lot so did not have to carry our heavy bags.

Reviewed on 11th December 2013Purple Parking, Heathrow No problem at all with the arrival process, or the pick up process. Very slick and professional. And very reasonable cost Ambivalent score is because both the driver and passenger seats in our car had been adjusted, considerably in the case of the driver's seat - not just the angle of the back support but the height and lumbar support as well. Why? They weren't supposed to be driving it round the M25, just parking it for four days. And did it take two people to park it?

Reviewed on 18th October 2013Reasonably priced, and generally provides a good service. Location means that transfer times to the airport can be subject to traffic/weather problems. Can't get through on the phone when arriving back at the airport (they ask you to call when you land), but the bus tends to arrive on a regular basis anyway.

Reviewed on 9th October 2013I have used Purple parking previously and found them to be good, but this last experience has changed my opinion. The journey to the airport was smooth and the driver very helpful the return journey was little different , a day at a theme park ride comes to mind the speed of the journey was very uncomfortable. The driver was flashed by another driver as the doors on the trailer were open.

Reviewed on 4th September 2013We booked the car park the day before we travelled-on arrival at the car park-our booking had not gone through the system-we were asked to leave our Park and Go invoice-on return we had to wait half an hour as they could not find the invoice..whose fault I don't know but I would be wary of booking again
