Excellent going but long transfer back but this was early morning rush hour so to be expected no doubt.

Very quick, no hassle, prompt service. Could do with a better welcome and a smile on arrival.

Good, but bit of a wait for a bus on return. 2 or 3 of the other purple parking buses came before the one I needed. Otherwise fine.

All in all we found the system worked very well for us - the only problem was that we had trouble finding the correct site for parking our car. We entered the correct postcode into the Satnav, which then gave the option of going to the car park. This turned out to be the wrong Purple Parking site. Is there a way of avoiding this confusion?

Excellent service and friendly reception. I thought the park would be too far from the airport, but the route wasn't too bad at all, even in rush hour.

Good service on the whole, though on 01/11/2012 at terminal 4 Heathrow at 8.00pm I had to wait an unacceptably long time for the bus. There were a crowd of people there and 3 had to be left behind. More and more frequent buses are needed. Because of this I might use a different organisation next time I travel.

Always found Purple Parking very efficient and courteous. This last trip however we were bemused as to why the driver took 25 minutes from the airport going on a very roundabout route. Not what you want after a 20 hour journey. We will however definately use PP again.

Delays Being picked up spoilt this service, we were left waiting at the airport on return for 40 Mins.

Very good service in Heathrow, no hanging about, I shall use you again next time from Heathrow.

Service was good and the staff were very friendly , the bad thing was that we had to wait a long time for the lift to collect us and it was very cold waiting.
