The drop off was smooth with excellent communication, and the car pick up on return was very efficient with a very short wait time from phoning to delivery.

I have used Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet before and did not hesitate to return to them again to handle my parking. From the booking process to the drop off and the collection, all went very well and was handled in a timely and professional way.

Very efficient service, person was at the desk, car dropped off with no waiting and on return car was just there. Only 12 miles covered which is good for Heathrow.

Very efficient rep at the Terminals Parking desk on our arrival at Short Stay parking at Heathrow Airport T5. On our return, we waited approx five minutes for our vehicle (a pleasant change from some of the other operators we’ve used in the past when we’ve had to wait for ages!). Would highly recommend Terminals Parking - Meet and Greet; a little more expensive than some others but worth every penny.
