Terminal Parking again were super helpful. I’ve used them several times but on this occasion I arrived with a suspected slow puncture and they totally took the stress away. While I was away the car was checked over and once all four tyres were confirmed fine, the puncture alert system was reset. All this was done without a penny charged. The driver named Ali, who took it upon himself to sort this out , was extremely kind and professional. Thank you !

Excellent service, drop off at T5 and pick up from T2. Really smooth and simple.

Drop off was great and pick up seemed to go very well, all on time (I was told that the car would be there within 20 minutes and indeed it was within 15 minutes.) However when I was driving out of the car park, the parking ticket was not validated (although the driver told me he validated it), so I had to pay the exit fee at the exit gate. This was/should have been included in the price according to the T&Cs.

On arriving the company had no knowledge of out booking saying we had booked through a third party, was a small delay in picking the car up. On returning there was a delay in getting the car back.

I have used Terminals Parking a few times now and it has always been a smooth experience. Straight answer to phone calls and always on time at drop off and pick up at Heathrow Terminal 5 (even when as early as 5.30am) with super easy access to the short stay car park. My car was in the exact same condition as when I left it. Price is very competitive, staff are friendly: strongly recommend and will use again.

Excellent service - on arrival person was waiting for us to handover at T5 and on return car was delivered within 10 minutes of our returning to the designated point in the car park.

Excellent service every time we have booked through Park and Go. On outward journey, we arrived and car was picked up as we sorted our luggage. On inward journey, the car was retuned after a few minutes. Simple, courteous and well priced service.
