Excellent service once again.

I've used Terminal Parking many times before, always without a hitch. This time my Virgin Atlantic flight from Miami was cancelled and I was put on a BA flight the next day. This meant that I came in to T5 instead of T3. There was no clear process for how to contact and let TP know. Tried to advise them but in the end just had to tell the guy at T5 and wait 30 minutes until my car arrived.

Excellent service. Everything went smoothly and the Terminals Parking Meet & Greet staff were very helpful.

All very straightforward. Met on arrival with no delay, car was waiting for me on return. Professional, helpful staff.

Short wait for pickup, but half hour wait for drop off when we were told 10 minutes. Only 14 miles added to the mileage.

We had really good experience. There was a representative in high-vis waiting at the terminal car park. Our car arrived back on return promptly and was well looked after, by friendly staff. I would use the service again, which was much better than previous experiences with other operators.

I recently used the Terminals Parking Meet & Greet service for my trip departing from Heathrow Terminal 3, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Very good service as usual. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived and we had only about a 15 minutes wait on our return.
