In spite of two phone calls regarding our arrival and collection of baggage, we still had to wait nearly 20 minutes for the car to be brought up to Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park.

Avoid at all costs! Terminals Parking gave appalling service. Despite calling them as instructed 30 minutes before arrival at T3, they were 30 minutes late to pick up the car, arriving at 8:15 instead of 7:45, causing unnecessary stress and almost resulting in missing my flight. Return was also dismal, waited 30 minutes after my call. Will not be using these people again and will be instructing my sales team not to use them either.

The leaving of our car at Terminal 3, Heathrow was 100% fine. The collection two weeks later was worrying. On phoning Terminal Parking we were told the car was already at Terminal 3 and the driver would be there in about 20 minutes. Somewhat confused we made our way to the pick-up point to find our car there as indicated by the operator at Terminal Parking. However, there was no driver, a window had been left open and the car insecure. We phoned again to be told the driver was on his way. Twenty minutes later he arrived. There was no excuse or reason why the car was left there. I find this totally inexcusable and the first time we have been let down by a company recommend by Park and Go.

Usually Very happy with this service as having used it many times in the past with no issues of any seriousness. Unfortunately on this occasion not so much. First: Drop of was fine and easy no problems there. Second: After landing from a 12 hour flight rang as normal and told car will be there, this I have to say it was! Getting to the car park see my car reversed parked in a large puddle, this was more annoying than bad as most of the other spaces were free, and I never thought any more about it other than to ask the drive who was sat in it to pull it forward to put my bags in. As it was very early and I was tired I signed the paperwork and jumped in. What was the problem then I hear you say! well as I never put the car in reverse and it was still dark when I got home it was not until the next day that I reversed my car and the parking censors went nuts. Thinking there was a bit of dirt on the censor I went to the back of the car to find one of them pushed through the bumper and clear damage on the back of the car which was most definitely not done why the car was in my possession. Needless to say I am not a happy Man!

It took a total of 55 minutes to deliver the car back to us and this is not our expectation of meet and greet. We followed the instructions and made our fist call on landing, the second call as we collected our bags and a 3rd ("chase" call when we got to the meet and greet pick up point at Terminal 2 level 4 and the car was not there. We were then told it would be another 10 minutes ...making it a total of 55 minutes and NOT meet and greet.

Booked pickup at 930 arrived 940 Car wasn't picked up until 1005 at T5 Heathrow.

Awful and rude! On arrival at the car park the driver stood right by the door almost before we'd finished parking and edging to get in. On our return, after a delayed flight and long wait at passport control, we were told at the last minute there was a £25 surcharge as we were now collecting after midnight. This had to be paid in cash (!). We told the driver that after our long delay and having 2 small children couldn't we be invoiced rather than finding an ATM? He refused to give us the keys, then put my husband on to his manager who proceeded to SHOUT down the phone (all while we are putting small children in the car). At this point we took the keys and left, to find they'd given us the incorrect car park ticket to exit. Luckily the T2 parking attendant was very understanding and able to ask the control office to open the barrier for us. Never using them again!

The arrival back at Heathrow was dreadful. I phoned after I landed to get them to prepare. I then phoned after baggage reclaim. I was told to go to car park to pick up my car. When I got to car park 3 I was then told to pick up my car at arrivals drop off. I had to wait another 40 minutes before my car arrived, whilst consistently being told it will only be a few minutes. I wish I just parked up myself. Not a service I will use in the future.

Upon return the second telephone number was unobtainable the whole time. Eventually dialed first number again to point out the problem. It still took 20 minutes for the car to arrive. Won't be using this service again.

Very bad experience with Terminals Parking. In my way to the airport, I tried to call them with one of numbers provided but no response at all. Then I tried other company ( 5 stars), then they send me a driver to save the situation. In my way back, they did not transfer the order and my payment to the other company.
