Car was charged and presented at the airport without too much delay on arrival.

Logistics work really well - timing is pretty good for drop off and collection. Only negatives were: muddy marks left inside the doors. A/C settings messed with - you're not the only ones who do this but there's no need. Modern climate control negates the need to ramp the controls up or down to max/min!

No problem at drop off but very slow at pick up. Two calls made as requested (upon landing and then when luggage collected) but still the vehicle did not move until 10 minutes later. (Car has tracker). ‘20-30 minutes’ as per the call was actually over 40 and this was early on a Sunday morning so not much traffic. To top it all the driver dawdled to the ticket machine and back. May use again but need to be sharper.

Greeter ready on my arrival, car arrived within 2 minutes of me arriving at the meet point on my return - and it was fully charged. Easy process to follow and absolutely as advertised.
