Terminals Parking T4 - Meet and Greet Reviews

We were met at T4 for a flight to Abu Dhabi had to wait for a few minutes for the driver to arrive but that was fine. Location is very near, literally a few minutes walk to the terminal. On our return the car was delivered to T3. The only hold up was finding level 4 at T3 as we were uncertain from the instructions. The lifts are not immediately obvious and could have done with a bit more detail. They are at the far end of the terminal and you then have to cross on a walkway to get to the 4th floor. Once there it was straightforward and our car was delivered. One point to note is that may incur ULEZ charges so set up autopay. Overall happy with service would use Terminals Parking Meet & Greet again.

It was good service, but the only thing I can add is; it is very difficult to call you 10 minutes before arriving to the airport car park, specifically if no one with me in the car to make the phone call. Overall it was a good service.

Very efficient thank you. only slight criticism was even though we called twice we still had to wait around 20 minutes in the cold. would definitely use the service again.

Excellent service. Only issue is identifying the drop off in T4 car park whilst renovations are ongoing.

Straightforward and easy apart from the guy who sent me through the wrong gate and I got a parking fine at 40 quid I had to go back around and go through the right gate.

Great service. Quick vehicle collection. Drop-off took 20 minutes which seems the standard time for Terminals Parking judging by the last few times. Suggest you wait in the terminal until closer to the time suggested.

Generally a good experience. I panicked a bit when, on the way to Heathrow I phoned the first of the given numbers and it went to answerphone - and the message box was full. Happily I was able to find the second number (tricky on the M3!) and everything was confirmed. The layout in LHR T4 short stay is confusing due to some building works but luckily someone was able to give me directions to the second part of row F (not as easy as it sounds) and the car was picked up smoothly. On my return I made the two phone calls and once back at row F (the right end!) I probably only had to wait about 10 minutes.
