Reviewed on 31st January 2026We were met at T4 for a flight to Abu Dhabi had to wait for a few minutes for the driver to arrive but that was fine. Location is very near, literally a few minutes walk to the terminal. On our return the car was delivered to T3. The only hold up was finding level 4 at T3 as we were uncertain from the instructions. The lifts are not immediately obvious and could have done with a bit more detail. They are at the far end of the terminal and you then have to cross on a walkway to get to the 4th floor. Once there it was straightforward and our car was delivered. One point to note is that may incur ULEZ charges so set up autopay. Overall happy with service would use Terminals Parking Meet & Greet again.

Reviewed on 7th September 2025It was good service, but the only thing I can add is; it is very difficult to call you 10 minutes before arriving to the airport car park, specifically if no one with me in the car to make the phone call. Overall it was a good service.

Reviewed on 8th August 2025Not too bad service. But not telling me where to drop the car off other than floor 2 (no area as in area F) was given. Then when arriving to pick up my car, asked where I dropped it off?? Then waiting 20 minutes for the car to arrive.

Reviewed on 1st August 2025Can’t fault it. Called 30 minutes before arrival. Drove in to short stay and the collection driver turned up within 5 minutes or so. 2 minutes walk into the terminal. On return called twice as advised. Once when I landed and again after I had my luggage. Car arrived within approx 15 minutes of my call. No issues. Good service. Would use again.

Reviewed on 16th July 2025I have been using Park and Go / Terminals Parking Meet & Greet for sometime now. Have not been let down so far. Prompt communication, driver readily available to meet at Heathrow Airport and prompt return of car at the end. Brilliant service all the way. Highly recommend.
