Excellent service bit of mix up for pick up waited at incorrect pick up placed phoned and asked to be picked up told to wait where drop off we waited in incorrect place apart from that excellent service would use again.

The car park was not that easy to find when we first arrived, but apparently you have to look out for the red post box! The handover was efficient, then we were taken directly to the drop off point by Departures. When we landed, we called the pick up number and the bus collected us within a few minutes. All in all we were quite impressed and would use Imagine again, if flying from Liverpool.

Regularly travel from Liverpool and had previously used the car park next to the terminal. This was cheaper, quicker and easier, will def use again.

Car park is close to the airport, we were taken promptly on arrival & picked up quickly on return, so being the cheapest in the comparisons, this represents very good value for money.

No trouble finding the location. Good parking position. Prompt transport to airport arrivals and equally efficient on return. Care needed by elderly getting off the people carrier due to height of step. Would definitely recommend.

Just had the experience of using Imagine car park, as we were away for a week at beginning of September. Although I was surprised at it being a unit on a small industrial park, I found it to be very secure due to the amount of cameras and security on site. It was also very easy to find and 2 mins from airport. It was also the cheapest of all parks that we looked at. Lastly, we were met on arrival and taken straight to the aiport .When returning, we walked back due to being stuck on the plane for a number of hours and it being not that far away. A pleasant experience that we will gladly book again in the future. Look forward to my next hols.....

Friendly staff and immediate minibus transfer both ways. I was able to keep my keys and it's only 5 mins walk from the terminal if the worst happens (as I found out when I had to go back to collect something I'd forgotten after checking in!)

Very close to airport, would certainly use again. Dropped family off first with luggage then walked back to airport in 5 minutes. Also was able to take car keys with me so I felt confident car would not be driven.

Very close to airport & fast pick up. Inexpensive - cheaper than a cab. Would recommend them.
