Brilliant service, need to move to a computer system rather than paper duplicate system!

On arrival it was great, found the Imagine car park straight away and the receptionist was really good. A gentleman came with me to the drop off at Liverpool airport. I paid the £5 fee and he drove off , flawless. On the poster outside their depot it says shuttle service. So on arrival back to the airport, with it now being 12:40am. I rang the receptionist to be told . “ we don’t do shuttle “. So by the time I walked to the parking area it was now 1am. Luckily the walk wasn’t that far and it wasn’t raining so I didn’t really mind .

Quick, easy and convenient.

First time of using this company and would be happy to use again. On arrival staff member was very helpful and happy and pointed us in the direction of the airport to walk as we only had hand luggage. On a fine day and without too much luggage it is about 8-10 minutes walk. We decided to walk back as well even though it was 11pm but it was dry but a bit annoying as there was no-one at the 24hr arrival point as he was at the airport picking up people who needed a lift. We thought it would be quicker walking so next time will pay the £3 and get the pick up as you have to wait for him to get back to get your keys. Would be necessary if you had a lot of luggage or raining. But by far the cheapest price for parking and worth the walk. Will use again.

Imagine Car Park was really easy to find and was situated within easy walking distance of the terminal. They were reasonably priced, efficient and I would highly recommend this service.

Good service. Close to airport. 5 minute walk to the terminal. Car was ready and waiting for us on return.

Handy for airport, cheap, a bit of a wait and queue for service when first dropped off.

Excellent service as always. Only gripe, the driver's side car well was full of mud on my return, would suggest that people moving the car from one point to another should make sure that their shoes are reasonably clean before entering the car.

Busy at check in but close to airport to walk.

Directions to the site were excellent, but unfortunately they had no record of the booking. Luckily I had my printed receipt which I showed the guy on the desk. The minibus was waiting to go to the airport but the driver waited whilst our paperwork was processed. We had less than 5 mins to wait for the return minibus. I would definitely recommend this firm.
