Reviewed on 17th May 2016the vehicle number plate recognition didnt work again thats the last 3 times I have booked meaning I had to go to the office and wait in line , the person in office didnt speak just listened to my request then took my paperwork and gave me a ticket without saying a word I wasted a good 15mins

Reviewed on 4th November 2013Arrived at barrier and it did not open or produce a ticket. (Did not need this as because of traffic, I was running late) The guy on the intercom let me in, but on my return I had to visit the office before I was allowed to leave. Not sure what happened, but it wasn't smooth sailing. Not sure if I will use again.
