Reviewed on 26th March 2017Barrier didn't rise on arrival. Had to get a ticket printed out by their office. On return, ticket in, barrier didn't rise and message flashing that we owed £90. However, on pressing for assistance, the barrier was raised so not much of a problem in the end.

Reviewed on 8th October 2015When I arrived at 3.30am there was a car waiting to get in so I went to the other barrier but that would not work either. After about 20 mins a staff member arrived but he couldn't open them, by now quite a q of cars eventually they put us in another car park and we had a rush to get booked in. But we did make it.

Reviewed on 21st October 2014Excellent price and very close to Liverpool airport. Had trouble on arrival when car reg was not recognised and on departure when the gate wanted £78 more - probably because of the earlier issue. It was 12:30 in the morning but it did take ages for someone to answer. He sorted the problem but was a long way off being courteous. Price and location make up for the issues though.

Reviewed on 1st December 2013Easy booking process + seamless entry/exit to car park but expensive. Cost £21.99 for a 5-hr slot as meeting two separate flights. It was the cheapest I could find but I only paid £35 to park for a week back in September!
