Close to the terminal but absolutely no-one on-site to assist. Had a flat battery on return - luckily I had a set of jump leads and could find another passenger willing to help. Otherwise it would have been a long cold wait for breakdown assistance.

This is normally a very easy to use car park, we have a blue badge so we are able to park close to the terminal, but the disabled places had cones on them stopping us using them, causing us a longer walk to the terminal.

Number plate recognition worked fine, we have a blue badge parking disc, disabled parking easy to find on return put car park ticket in barrier and on our way. Perfect.

3 year old car and the system does not recognise my number plate. On the last two occasions I have had to phone the office to verify that they have my details. And get the attendant to raise the barrier on exit. It is not worth the £3 saving going through the hassle of not knowing if I can get out of the car park after returning from holiday
