Reviewed on 25th September 2019Best price of all other companies looked at. Car parked in outside Long Stay, easy access to terminal. Flight was delayed so late getting back into Liverpool by 1 hour. Arrived back late at night at midnight. Lone female traveller. Ticket on exit from long stay not recognised & flashed up need to pay extra £80!!!! Pressed help button & explained to car park attendant situation who then reluctantly let me through. Would not use again!

Reviewed on 5th February 2018Easy booking process, not so easy to park. Arrived 07.10am and drove round and round unable to find a space. Eventually parked on the curved area under a treeas did many others. Don't know how later customers would find a space!

Reviewed on 23rd December 2015Close to the terminal but absolutely no-one on-site to assist. Had a flat battery on return - luckily I had a set of jump leads and could find another passenger willing to help. Otherwise it would have been a long cold wait for breakdown assistance.

Reviewed on 10th December 20133 year old car and the system does not recognise my number plate. On the last two occasions I have had to phone the office to verify that they have my details. And get the attendant to raise the barrier on exit. It is not worth the £3 saving going through the hassle of not knowing if I can get out of the car park after returning from holiday

Reviewed on 22nd February 2010Arrived with only 10 minutes to park up the car park was very full, unable to find a space, rode around for ages trying to locate an empty space eventually had to leave car in a safe place yet not in a parking space. Many others had done the same. Received a £50 fine not very happy at all..

Reviewed on 14th January 2010Directions to booth opposite "yellow submarine", to collect voucher number, were a little misleading on a cold and frosty return from a wonderful holiday. Please read your own directions and see if you arrive at the correct place ie in the main indoor car park. On a more positive note the car park was very secure.
